If you have already "activated" an employee and they are listed in your New Hires section, you can issue additional documents
- Log into your Workpop account and go to the New Hires section
- Find the new hire
- Click the three-dot action menu ( ... ) to the right of the employee’s contact information
- Select Issue Documents
- Select the document(s) you want to send to the employee or candidate, scroll down to the bottom, and click Sign and Send or Send depending on the documents you selected.
It’s important to note that currently, you can only issue more document(s) to one employee or new hire at a time. Document issuance will not work if you check off more than two employees at the same time.
