Identifying Location Codes In Brink

If you have an active integration with Brink POS, any time you add a new location you will need to notify the workpop team to update your integration.

Be sure to add the new location to your account first!

Then send an email to integrations@workpop.com with the following info:

  • Your company name
  • The email address used to log into your workpop account
  • Confirm the new location name in workpop
  • The Brink Location ID.

To identify the Brink Location ID within your account:

  1. After logging into the Brink POS portal, under Admin/Groups, select Locations

  2. A list of locations will appear

  3. Select ‘Details’ on the location dropdown

  4. Location Id is located on the second line

  5. Copy the ID and include in email to integrations@workpop.com
