If you are a part of our Professional or Enterprise tiers, you can use Workpop to send digital documents to your new hires or existing employees. 

Issue Documents to New Employees

  1. Log into Workpop, and find the candidate that you'd like to hire. 
  2. Click the Hire Button and fill out the New Hire Form

    Warning

    The details that you type into the New Hire Form will be used to fill fields of some of the New Hire Documents. Please be sure that the information you enter is accurate, as these are legal documents. 

  3. On the next page, you will see the list of documents that are available to you to issue to the new hire.

  4. Click the Include button next to each document that you want to send, or click Include All to send all documents on the page to the New Hire. 
  5. Click Send to trigger an email to the New Hire that will bring them back to Workpop to complete their Employment Documents. 

Issue Documents to Existing Employees

  1.  Log into your Workpop account and go to the Employees section
  2. Find the new hire or employee
  3. Click the three-dot action menu (...) to the right of the employee’s contact information
  4. Select Issue Documents

  5. Select the document(s) you want to send to the employee or candidate, scroll down to the bottom, and click Sign and Send or Send depending on the documents you selected.

Warning

It’s important to note that currently, you can only issue more document(s) to one employee or new hire at a time. Document issuance will not work if you check off more than two employees at the same time.

Canceling Incomplete Documents 

After you have issued a task or document, you may cancel that document, but only if the employee has not yet completed it. 

  1.  Log into your Workpop account and go to the Employees section
  2. Find the new hire or employee
  3. Click the three-dot action menu (...) to the right of the employee’s contact information
  4. Select Issue Documents

  5. Find the document that you wish to cancel and press the Cancel button.

Reissuing Documents

If the Employee has already completed the document, but corrections need to be made, you can reissue a new document to them.

  1.  Log into your Workpop account and go to the Employees section
  2. Find the new hire or employee
  3. Click the three-dot action menu (...) to the right of the employee’s contact information
  4. Select Issue Documents

  5. Find the document that needs to be corrected, and click the button that says "Completed." It will change to say "Reissuing."

  6. Click "Sign and Send" at the bottom of the list of documents to send the employee a new version of this document to complete with corrected information.
