Change Your Email Address

Sometimes your email address changes, make sure you receive updates from your employer and Workpop make sure you update your account.

 

 

 

Change The Email Address You Use to Log In

To update the email address associated with your Workpop account, you can follow these steps:

  1. Log into your account
  2. Click on your name in the upper right-hand corner, and select My Profile
  3. Select Edit to update email address

Note

This will not only change the email address we send alerts to but will also update the email you use to log in to your account.

Warning

If you are unable to change your email address, it is likely because an account already exists with that email. Please email [email protected] for assistance.

Change The Email Address Associated With Your Onboarding Documents/Employment

To update the email address associated with your Workpop account, you can follow these steps:

  1. Log into your account
  2. Click on My HR Portal
  3. Select Edit My Personal Information to update your email address

Note

This will only change the email address seen by your employer. You will still log in with the email address associated with your profile.
