Update Your Profile

To update the information in your profile, you can follow these steps:

  1. Log into your account
  2. Click on your name in the upper right hand corner, and select My Profile
    • Select Edit to update your name, email address, phone number, address, or About Me
    • Select Update Password to change your password
    • Click on the + symbol to update your profile picture
    • Scroll to the bottom of the page and check/uncheck the boxes under Email Preferences to control the types of emails you receive from Workpop.

Recommended Jobs Emails - weekly emails on our recommended jobs, tailored to you. These are based on jobs you’ve previously applied to via Workpop.

Workpop Email Updates - email alerts sent to you when an employer views your application, updates your application’s status, or messages you via Workpop.

Change Your Email Address

To update the email address associated with your Workpop account, you can follow these steps:

  1. Log into your account
  2. Click on your name in the upper right hand corner, and select My Profile
  3. Select Edit to update email address

Warning

Please note that this will not only change the email address we send alerts to, but will also update the email you use to log in to your account.

Forgot Password/Reset Password

If you are logged out of your account and cannot remember your password, you can reset it through this link: www.workpop.com/account/password-reset

What Information is Public?

Workpop takes your security seriously.  Your information is never sold to any third party and is inaccessible to any Workpop user unless you have explicitly given permission for us to share (ie: applied to an employer’s job). When you apply to a position, you give the employer access to:

  • Your Workpop application
  • Your phone number and email
  • Your resume (if uploaded)

By posting your application in our community and requesting feedback, your application will be visible online. We will display all information below your contact information.  If you have any personal information in your work history, education, skills, or cover letter it will be visible.  

You are able to withdraw your application in community, remove any personal information in your work history, education, skills, or cover letter and repost to for review.
