Anonymous Job Posts

Workpop does not allow companies to post anonymous jobs on Workpop. Two of the core values on the platform are transparency and communication. The standard for every job post on Workpop is to have a verifiable name and business address, 2 photos, and a job description. We believe that in presenting candidates with more information, employers attract better quality candidates and candidates can make better decisions.

Candidates do not have access to an employer's personal information, such as email, address, or phone number. However, this information is internally used by Workpop to confirm the business is actively hiring. If an employer does not reveal their business name from the job post or does not include a verifiable business address that Workpop can confirm, their job will not be allowed on the site.
